Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Subscription Plans

Someday Came offers the following auto-renewing subscription plans, processed through the Apple App Store:

• Monthly Plan — $11.99 / month (Tier 1 Standard Membership)

  Includes a free 7-day trial. Provides access to all Council of Wisdom narrator sessions using non-cloned voice content. Voice cloning and personalized cloned-voice sessions are not included in this plan.

• Monthly Plan Immediate — $24.99 / month (Tier 2 Premium Membership)

  Includes all Standard Membership content plus personalized sessions delivered in the user's own AI-cloned voice. Your name and goals are spoken back to you in your own voice throughout every session.

• Annual Plan Immediate — $149.00 / year (Tier 2 Premium Membership)

  Includes all Standard Membership content plus personalized sessions delivered in the user's own AI-cloned voice, billed annually. Equivalent to approximately $12.42 per month.

Free Trial

New subscribers may receive a free 7-day trial for the Monthly Plan (Tier 1 Standard Membership). If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the applicable rate. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged.

Auto-Renewal

All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Your Apple ID account will be charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time by going to Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions on your Apple device.

In-App Purchases

The following in-app purchases are available exclusively to Premium Membership subscribers (Monthly Plan Immediate or Annual Plan Immediate). They are not available on the Standard Membership (Monthly Plan) because that plan does not include voice cloning or cloned-voice sessions.

Premium subscribers may update their Nickname, Goals, or Voice Recording once every six months at no charge. If you wish to make any of these changes before the six-month window has elapsed, the following early-update in-app purchases are available at $19.99 each. Each purchase applies to a single update only. If two or more updates are made together in a single session, only one $19.99 charge applies for that session. If updates are made separately at different times, each is charged individually.

• Nickname Update Payment — $19.99

  Unlocks an early update to your in-app Nickname before the six-month free change window. Your Nickname is used to address you personally throughout your cloned-voice sessions.

• Update Goal — $19.99

  Unlocks an early update to your Goals before the six-month free change window. Your Goals are woven into your personalized sessions and spoken back to you in your own cloned voice.

• Voice Reclone — $19.99

  Unlocks an early update to your Voice Recording before the six-month free change window. Updating your voice requires re-cloning your voice and regenerating all of your personalized cloned-voice sessions, which is why a fee applies for early updates.

Refunds

All purchases are processed through Apple and are subject to Apple's refund policies. We do not control and cannot issue refunds directly. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of the Services after a price change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.

Push Notifications

The Someday Came app sends push notifications to support your personal development programming. The app sends three types of notifications:

• Daily Awesomeness Programming Sessions

  You may schedule session reminders on specific days and times within the Daily Awesomeness Programming Sessions section of the app. Notifications are sent at your chosen times to prompt you to begin your session. You can toggle these notifications on or off and adjust your schedule at any time within the app.

• Vibe Check-In

  The app sends up to three notifications per day inviting you to complete a Vibe Check-In, which directs you to the Jedi Forcefield Sessions page.

• Personal Reminders

  If you have opted in, the app may send you notifications and emails related to a letter you wrote to your future self, a scheduled affirmation time, or a Moment of Clarity note you recorded for yourself.

You may manage or disable push notifications at any time through your device's notification settings or within the app.

Voice and Audio Data

Someday Came collects a voice recording from Premium Membership subscribers during onboarding. This recording is used solely to create a personalized voice model (voice clone) that delivers your coaching sessions back to you in your own voice. Voice cloning is not available on the Standard Membership (Monthly Plan). Your voice recording and the resulting voice model are:

• Used exclusively to generate your personalized in-app audio sessions.
• Not shared with third parties for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to delivering your sessions.
• Stored securely and retained for as long as your account is active or as required by law.

Premium subscribers may update their voice recording once every six months at no charge. Early updates before the six-month window require the Voice Reclone in-app purchase ($19.99), as re-cloning your voice and regenerating all personalized sessions incurs processing costs. You may request deletion of your voice data by deleting your account or contacting us at [email protected].

Data Retention and Account Deletion

We retain your personal information, including your voice recording, goals, nickname, and account data, for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide our Services. If you cancel your subscription, your account data is retained for a reasonable period to allow for reactivation, after which it may be deleted in accordance with our standard data retention schedule.

You have the right to request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. To delete your account and data, please contact us at with the subject line "Account Deletion Request." We will process your request within 30 days. Please note that deleting your account will permanently remove your voice recording, personalized sessions, goals, and all other account data and cannot be undone. Wellness Disclaimer

Someday Came is a personal development and self-coaching application. It is not a medical application, a mental health treatment platform, or a substitute for professional medical or psychological care.

The content provided through the app, including audio sessions, affirmations, coaching materials, and all other features, is intended for general personal growth and wellness purposes only. Nothing in the app constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment of any kind.

Apple App Store — Additional Terms

If you download or use the Someday Came app through the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply:

• These Terms of Use are entered into between you and Someday Came only, and not with Apple, Inc. ("Apple"). Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.
• Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the app.
• In the event of any failure of the app to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the app (if any) to you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation with respect to the app.
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the app or your possession and use of the app, including but not limited to: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the app fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.
• Apple is not responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, or discharge of any third-party claim that the app or your possession and use of it infringes a third party's intellectual property rights.
• You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a terrorist-supporting country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms of Use. Upon your acceptance of these Terms of Use, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms of Use against you as a third-party beneficiary.
